Contact us by email, or our online form with your box specifications. Include dimensions (length, width, height), quantity needed, preferred wall type (single, double, or triple), and any special requirements like strength rating (ECT or Mullen). If you are unsure about specs, describe what you are packing and we will recommend the right box.
Within 1 business hour, our team checks current inventory against your requirements and prepares a detailed quote. The quote includes per-unit pricing, applicable volume discounts, delivery fees (if any), and estimated delivery date. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Approve your quote and we lock in pricing and availability. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, company checks, and purchase orders for approved accounts. New customers can get PO terms approved in as little as 24 hours with a simple credit application.
Your order enters our 6-point inspection queue. Every box is checked for structural integrity, wall strength, flap condition, moisture damage, cleanliness, and dimensional accuracy. Boxes that do not meet our standards are pulled and replaced. Your order is then palletized, wrapped, and labeled for delivery.
Choose same-day delivery (orders before noon), next-day scheduled delivery, or free pickup from our Portland warehouse. Our drivers confirm delivery windows by text or email. All deliveries include tail-gate service. For facilities with loading docks, we offer pallet-jack or forklift unloading.

We stand behind every box we sell with a straightforward guarantee: if any box does not meet the condition grade described at the time of purchase, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund -- no questions asked, no return shipping needed.
Our 6-point inspection process is the backbone of this promise. Before a box enters our sellable inventory, it is evaluated by trained inspectors who check structural integrity (compression strength), wall condition (no delamination or soft spots), flap integrity (all flaps present and functional), moisture exposure (dry and mold-free), cleanliness (no stains, odors, or contaminants), and dimensional accuracy (within 0.5 inches of stated dimensions).
Boxes that pass inspection are graded A, B, or C and stored in our climate-controlled warehouse to prevent moisture damage before delivery. This process means you can order with confidence -- our used boxes reliably perform like new.

When in doubt, choose a slightly larger box. It is easier and cheaper to add void fill than to struggle with an undersized carton.
Items over 30 lbs should go in double-wall boxes. They cost a bit more per unit but prevent damage that costs far more to replace.
Our Volume tier (251-1,000 boxes) hits the sweet spot for savings -- 20% off already-discounted used box prices. Plan your quarterly needs and order ahead.
Use Grade A boxes for customer-facing shipments and Grade B for internal transfers or storage. You get the appearance where it matters and savings where it does not.

If you do not see your exact dimensions in our inventory, we can often cut down larger boxes or check incoming inventory for a match. Custom sizing is quoted per project.
