How do your prices compare to buying new boxes?
Our used boxes typically cost 40-60% less than buying new from a manufacturer or distributor. The exact savings depend on the size, quantity, and condition grade you choose. Many of our clients report saving thousands of dollars per year by switching from new to quality-inspected used boxes.
Are used boxes strong enough for shipping?
Absolutely. Every box we sell passes a rigorous 6-point quality inspection that checks structural integrity, wall strength, flap condition, moisture damage, cleanliness, and dimensional accuracy. Our Grade A and Grade B boxes meet all common carrier requirements for shipping. We never sell a box that cannot perform its intended function safely.
How quickly can I get boxes delivered?
For in-stock items within our Portland metro service area, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before noon on weekdays. Standard orders are delivered next business day. Recurring scheduled deliveries can be set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your needs.
Do you provide sustainability documentation for my ESG reporting?
Yes. Every client receives a detailed sustainability summary that tracks boxes reused, recycled, diverted from landfill, and the associated environmental savings in terms of CO2 prevented, water saved, and trees preserved. Enterprise clients receive quarterly reports formatted for ESG and sustainability disclosures.
Can I combine multiple services?
Absolutely, and most of our clients do. A typical arrangement might include buying used boxes for outbound shipments, selling surplus incoming boxes back to us, and scheduling recycling pickups for damaged material. Bundling services often qualifies you for additional volume discounts.
What is your minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for in-store pickup at our Portland facility. For deliveries, we ask for a minimum order of $75 within the core metro area. Orders under that threshold can still be delivered for a small flat-rate delivery fee. Enterprise and recurring accounts have no delivery minimums.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
You can modify or cancel any order free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Simply call or email your account representative, or make changes through our online portal. We understand that business needs change quickly and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
